Return to the farm to reunite with seedlings birthed in
September.
As the young plants mature, we shift our focus to
the earth itself. This session is dedicated to bed preparation, the
physical act of transplanting, and the mindful maintenance
required to help a garden thrive against the elements.
The Itinerary
10:00 AM: Arrival and shuttle from Nirox Gate 3. Refresh with our
signature garden-to-glass infusions and artisanal morning
snacks.
10:15 AM:Reconnecting with the group and the growing cycle
11:00 AM:The Foundation. Get into the garden for bed preparation, direct
seeding, and mastering the techniques of transplanting young
plants into their permanent homes.
1:15 PM: The Harvest Lunch. A farm-table feast celebrating the flavors of
the season, accompanied by Spring 2.0 takeaway guides.
2:30 PM: Stewardship & Protection. A hands-on exploration of organic
pest control, plant nutrition, and the sacred art of harvesting.
4:00 PM: Close of day.
