SPRING GARDEN: AN ORGANIC GARDENING WORKSHOP

Join us at FarmintheVeld for a hands-on journey through our gardens. You’ll gain practical experience in bed preparation, crop planning, planting techniques, seed germination dos and don’ts, and how to make your own germination mix. We’ll also explore effective organic plant care practices, harvesting techniques, and the benefits of incorporating indigenous Highveld fauna and flora into your garden.

Each participant will leave with our signature seasonal veg box — a mixture of freshly harvested vegetables, a range of fresh culinary herbs, and a tray or pot of organically grown plants from our in-house seed bank.

Refreshing welcome drink, beverages and nourishing cuisine sourced from our regenerative gardens and neighbouring farms.

Meal and activity price of R1030 per person.

*Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and grounding before the workshop begins at 10:00AM. Guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes before and park at NIROX Gate 3.
