Service Terms and Conditions

Full payment is to be made upon booking the experiences. Cancellations will upon the following basis: Should the reservation be cancelled within 10 days prior to the experience l, or in the case of a no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged. If cancelled between 11-29 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total stay will be charged. More than 30 days prior to arrival, 7% admin fee will be charged. All cancellations need to be requested in writing. The refund process takes between 30 and 60 days. No cash refunds will be permitted. *A 7% admin fee will be charged on top of the cancellation fee, No refunds will be granted on account of weather.
